Use LLC Tax Voucher (FTB 3522) to make your $800 annual tax payment.
You can also make payments online using Web Pay for Businesses. For more information, go to ftb.ca.gov/pay. If paying by Web Pay, do not file form FTB 3536.
But wait! There’s more!
If your LLC will make more than $250,000, you will have to pay a fee. This fee is in addition to the LLC annual tax, and is due by 6/15. Use the form Estimated Fee for LLCs (FTB 3536). If you do not make your estimated LLC fee payment by the original return due date, you will be subject to penalties and interest.
The LLC fee is in addition to the $800 annual tax payment, and is owed by any business making more than $250k
